Alison and Gail of Crackpots have been making decoupaged, wooden boxes from their home since 2011. They started out with nothing but a pack of colourful napkins, an original idea and a little imagination and now they sell to customers in over 40 countries.

They have just launched a stunning new collection of tissue boxes and waste paper bins and, always keen to reflect the current interior trends, you can update your home with chic designs in summer florals, abstract patterns and imitation stone styles.

Each piece is handmade by Alison and Gail in their workshop in Lincolnshire from responsibly-sourced, recycled wood and decorated using a specialist decoupage techniques. The pieces are accented with luxurious gold paint before being coated with several layers of gloss lacquer for an immaculate finish.

They have taken something ordinary and made in extraordinary!
